Editing Announcements Using Newsroom
Editing an announcement
There are two ways to edit announcements if you have selected Authorise in the approval process settings.
The first way is to log in to HQi and edit the release of an announcement.
To do this, select the Authorise button of the Newsroom section within the left navigation of HQi.

On the following screen select the Distribution Channel that you wish to edit for your Pending announcement.

You will be taken to the following screen where you can make changes to the announcement in the brief field.

Once you are finished editing you can click the Save button. From this screen you also have the option to Save and Release, if you select this option the announcement will release to the distributed channels that you have selected.
The second method is by selecting Edit when you receive the Approval Required email.

This will take you to the following screen where you can make changes to the announcement in the brief field.

You will be asked to log in to HQi before you can edit your announcement.

Once you have finished editing you can click the Save button. From this screen you also have the option to Save and Release, if you select this option the announcement will be released to the distributed channels that you have selected.
