Logging into HQi

These instructions assume that you have been given administrator access for HQi (your website content management system).
If you are unsure of your permissions or need administrator access, please contact your Account Manager.

To access the HQi login screen, you will need to use a distinct URL relating to your website.
Please use the convention below with your company domain name replacing the bold text.
If you have any queries, please contact your Account Manager.
www.[YourCompanyDomain].com/irm/userlogon.aspx
For example, if your company name is Company X and your domain is www.companyx.com.au then your login page will be www.companyx.com.au/irm/userlogon.aspx
Enter your Username and Password into the fields shown below to login to HQi. Then select the Login button.

You will be required to update your HQi password every 90 days.
Passwords must be a minimum of 7 characters and must contain the below.

Uppercase characters (A through Z)
-
Lowercase characters (a through z)
-
Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
-
Non-alphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;"',.?
2. Once you have successfully logged into HQi, you will see a Welcome to IRM HQi dashboard, as per the screenshot below.
From the dashboard you will see a list of navigational options on the left hand side of the screen which you can use to manage your website content/navigation, lodge/upload and approve ASX Announcements, release announcements/news and also view/manage your email alerts subscriber database.
