Audit trail

The Audit Trail function is particularly important as it tracks every action that is undertaken by users logged in to your website. The audit trail tracks the actions of email alert subscribers who have logged in as well as changes that have been made to HQi.

Whilst the Audit Trail captures every action undertaken within HQi the information is displayed using some technical code as abbreviations. If you require help in determining understanding the Audit Trail please contact your Account Manage.

The Audit Trail does not track or display traffic to your website and therefore information contained within this report should not be gauged to determine how many visitors your website attracts. For information regarding website statistics, please contact your IRM Account Manager.
