Changing your email alerts subscription

To change your own HQi details, password or subscriptions see below.

Select the My Details link on the left hand navigation bar and then click on the My Email Alerts link.

You will be transferred to the page below. From here, you can change your email alert preferences and personal details. Once updated, select the Submit button.

Important Note
You are unable to change your login name. If you wish to change your login name, you will need to register again for email alerts with your new login name and deactivate your previous account.
