Delivery Reports

Delivery Reports show the latest emails that have been sent out by HQi to your subscribers. To view these, select the Delivery Reports link under the Mail heading.

 

This will display the following page:

If you need to check if a particular subscriber has received their email, you can use the Filter field at the top of the page.

Enter the email address of the recipient in the white text box under Recipient and select the Filter button.

 

This will then display the emails this recipient has received.

The filter function works the same across Recipient, Title, Status or Date.
