Requested Items

You have lodged a request for a new product or service from IRM and you’re now wondering how to check the status of your recent enquiry.

1. Firstly, log into IRM HQi.

2. Navigate to the Requested Items tab in the Products and Services module.

3. This page will show a list of previous requested items. You can use the buttons at the top of the page to filter between all of the previous items and just the active ones.

4. To view more details about the previous requests you can click the description of the item you’d like to see in more detail.

This will show the full details of your request and the information that you initially submitted.
