Reauthorising Announcements in Newsroom

1. Navigate to IRM Newsroom section and click on Authorise

2. Navigating to the announcement you would like to re-release and click reauthorise to the right of this.

3. This will then reappear in the "Authorise" list at the top of the page. Where you'll be able to click on the icons to change where this is published to.

4. From here you'll be able to change the page of the website that this is published to, change the email subscriber groups that it's sent to or change the social media channels that are updated.

5. Once you have decided where this should be published to, click on save and release to rerelease the announcement.
