Changing your password

1. Select the My Details link on left hand navigation then select the Change Password link.

2. You will be transferred to the page below. You can change your password by entering your new one and selecting the Update Password button.

3. In order to update your password enter the new one you wish to use in both boxes, and then select the Update Password button.

You will be required to update your HQi password every 90 days.
Passwords must be a minimum of 7 characters and must contain the below.

• Uppercase characters (A through Z)
• Lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;"',.?
