Statistics

Under the Mail section on the left hand navigation of HQi, you will see a Statistics link. When you select this link, you will be transferred to a page with all your latest announcements.
 

If you select the announcement Tag Id, you will be taken to the statistics screen below, displaying; amount of emails delivered to subscribers, invalid emails, blocked, opened etc.

If you need any further information with these statistics, please contact your Account Manager.
 

On the main Statistics page, if you select the Chart link near your announcement, this will deliver your results in a nicely laid out chart as the below.
