Rejecting an Announcement

There are two ways to Reject an announcement if you have selected Authorise in the approval process settings.

The first way is to log in to HQi and reject the release of an announcement.

To do this, select the Authorise button under the Newsroom section of HQi.
 

You will be shown the following screen. Click on the Reject button next to the name of the announcement that you wish to reject.

After selecting the Reject link you will receive a green notification box under the Authorise page title.
 

The second method to Reject an announcement is via the Approval Required email.
 

Click on the Reject button on the right hand side of the options.
 

Once selected you will be taken to a confirmation page, see below.
